Abstract

A slow growing intraosseous meningioma, presenting with swelling of the soft-tissue on the right side around the orbit and proptosis of the right eye with visual loss will be discussed. Computer Tomography (CT) imaging of the patient indicated a marked sclerotic, enlarged, irregularity of the right temporo-parietal bone, right frontal bone, roof of right orbit; right greater sphenoid with extension into the superior orbital fissure, right optic foramen and impingement on the right lateral.
